Each course accounts for five credits. A unique feature of the program is the option of a dissertation track, allowing you to work on a faculty‑mentored master’s dissertation to help you develop the capacity to conduct independent research. In the program’s first year, you complete eight foundational and essential courses to set the base for a broad‑based understanding of public policy.
